CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS 2 Case Study Aga Rangmaster THIRD DIETRONIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM FOR AGA RANGEMASTER:
After the supply of a first lubrication device in 2019 and a second in 2021, the UK stainless steel sink producer AGA Rangemaster has recently installed its third Dietronic SAGOMA-series lubrication system for its deep drawing process.
HOW IT WORKS
Within the wide range of DieTronic products, one of the most prominent solutions is the well-known SAGOMA Line for sectoral spray lubrication. Ideal for applications such as household appliances and automotive parts. The Sagoma system is capable of reproducing actual lubrication ‘shapes’ or sectorial ‘patterns’ on the surface of the coil or blank. The key feature of this system is the possibility of applying the lubricant in a controlled way, only in the desired areas in specific 50mm×50mm squares with up to 8 different quantities for each area. Two sprayheads (upper & lower) are extractable from the side. Within the spray heads you find our patented modular manifolds, the heart of our technology.
The selection and management of the lubrication parameters (pressure, quantity of lubricating oil, spray patterns) takes place in a simple, precise and repeatable way through the touch screen operator panel with recipe storage. Higher quality finished product, reduction of costs related to the process and lower environmental impact are just some of the key benefits that the Sagoma spray lubrication system offers. Oil mist is controlled and contained within the main machine frame to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
