Ideal for applications such as household appliances and automotive parts. The Sagoma system is capable of reproducing actual lubrication ‘shapes’ or sectorial ‘patterns’ on the surface of the coil or blank.
The key feature of this system is the possibility of applying the lubricant in a controlled way, only in the desired areas in specific 50mm×50mm squares with up to 8 different quantities for each area.

The selection and management of the lubrication parameters (pressure, quantity of lubricating oil, spray patterns) takes place in a simple, precise and repeatable way through the touch screen operator panel with recipe storage.
