HOW IT WORKS
DieTronic Roll Systems are designed to provide Contact Lubrication to your metal sheet surface, covering the complete blank surface to ensure that all the critical parts get oiled and your stamping die is protected: the two felt rollers, one upper and one lower, get fully coated with the lubricant product dispensed through internal holes, ensuring the correct coverage of the coil/blank surfaces.
The adjustment between the upper roller and the material is effected either by means of traction springs or pneumatic pistons; the rollers are available in various widths (from 50 to 1000 mm) and different diameters (32, 60 or 110 mm), adapting to different material thicknesses (from 0,5 to 10 mm). With this flexibility, the application fields also extend, for example, to progressive stamping, rollforming, small metal parts and motor lamination. The great advantage of these devices is to provide a complete lubrication, maintaining competitive prices and optimizing the overall process and quality of the produced parts.
