Combi system, which expertly combines linear brush cleaning technology with sectorial spray lubrication, offers a complete and effective solution, especially in the production of vehicle body panels and household appliances, where a ‘defect-free’ surface finish is required. DieTronic’s points of strength for coil lines are gentle and safe cleaning of the sheet metal as well as removal of residues on the straightener rollers/ pinch-rolls of feed lines. On blanks lines, they not only contribute to the quality of the finished part, especially in the subsequent treatments, but also to the cleanliness of the conveying components.

The system consists of motorised brushes with transverse movement relative to the sheet feed, an air cushion system to compensate for undulations in the material and a selfcleaning/ suction system to evacuate the removed residues. In addition, for certain materials such as aluminium and stainless steel, the application of the patented antistatic cleaning liquid guarantees an even deeper cleaning.

DieTronic’s sectorial spraying technology is capable of applying the lubricant only in selected areas with varying intensities and in minimum areas of 100×100 mm. This is made possible by patented modular manifolds, allowing unparalleled lubrication results. The manifold is equipped with 4 spray nozzles, each with an integrated lubricant temperature maintenance system, dosing controlled by high-frequency electric valves and patented flow control for each individual nozzle.
